Preserving Tombstone's History

One Landmark at a Time

Our Mission

Private citizens committed to historic preservation, rehabilitation, and conservation

The Tombstone Restoration Commission has been protecting the historic character of Tombstone since 1949. We are an independent nonprofit organization comprised of volunteers who believe that Tombstone's 140-year history deserves to be preserved for future generations — not just the famous gunfight, but the schools, churches, businesses, and civic life that made this town remarkable.
